Creative Vista Plus WebCam

eltlidronli I bought a cheap (~20 bucks back then) Creative webcam. This cam was not yet supported under linux, so I gathered some information:

Now this information has been gathered, the SPCA5xx driver has been extended to support this webcam. Thanks to Michal Xhaard, this webcam is now supported on Linux.
